And honored to be credited with providing some encouragement and impetus to Andrew for initiating this blog. But it's Andrew who has put in the hours of research and reading, and it's Andrew who brings his keen intelligence and finely honed writing to illuminate the issues raised here. Not only am I enormously proud of him for doing this, but I am confident that someday, his daughters will be expressing their gratitude to him for providing them with a model of deeply humanitarian values combined with a commitment to social activism.
